OK OK I'm super excited first recipe first post so hoping things go well just just got to pray so let's get started I'm going to be making this Berry Vanilla Sensation smoothie sounds pretty awesome already, sensational, LOL get it. Anyways let's get this show on the road
First you're going to need these ingredients
- raspberries (½ cup unsweetened, frozen)
- strawberries (½ cup unsweetened, frozen)
- pineapple juice (¾ cup unsweetened)
- fat free vanilla yogurt (1 cup)
FYI this amount of ingredients only enough for like 1 or 2 cups
pretty simple right, so then to mix all the ingredients in the blender
The Strawberries and Raspberries
Pineapple juice and Vanilla Yogurt (my favorite)
So after all the adding the concoctions to the blender its time to...well blend. AND the results look (and taste) fantastic.
SOOOO DELICIOUS
This is a great and simple drink for any time and very refreshing, I'm pretty happy with how it came out, defiantly on the list to make again. P.S I didn't know how long it took fruit to freeze so I was low key freaking out but it doesn't take that long, just saying.
Loved it, want more...
This sounds delicious and looks delicious as well! How did the yogurt work out? I just wonder how the pineapple juice worked with the yogurt.. This sounds like a recipe I will try in the new future. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteThe yogurt worked out perfectly, it gave the smoothie that thickness but also the...smoothness (i suppose). And the pineapple juice you couldn't even taste it, and you should defiantly try it.
DeleteHaving videos is really great! You made it really easy for us to really use the blog and make these.
ReplyDeleteThanks, yeah the videos I thought would be a big help in showing people what I did.
DeleteI might make this when I go home, it looks amazing. Could you use frozen fruit like the kind you get at the supermarket?
ReplyDeleteYou should totally make it and yea frozen fruit from the supermarket should be the same. All I did was buy the fruit and freeze it, I'm pretty sure it'll come out the same.
DeleteAgh it looks so good!!!! You know if you wanted to try something different you could try an avocado smoothie?? I've actually never tried it but I have family in the Philippines and its a traditional smoothie there that everyone loves (according to my cousin) I think it's a simple recipe too, just avocado and almond milk?
ReplyDeleteThat sounds pretty good, I'll put that one on my list.
DeleteThis looks sooooo good, SENSATIONAL! We make smoothies to sell in my job, I'll recommend this one! Great blog the videos are perfect.
ReplyDeleteThat's awesome, like I told one of my co-workers about the smoothie I made and he told me I should work at a smoothie place. and it was delicious, wish i made more.
ReplyDeleteI loved that you provided different types and ways to make one typical smoothie. Its creative and looks amazing to drink. I am very excited to see what else you have to share.

ReplyDeleteWhoa, that looks great! I'm interested in cooking just for myself when I will have to do it for myself eventually so seeing this kinda gets me excited. I wanna make this eventually.
ReplyDeleteAre milkshakes considered smoothies?! I like those the best. My mom makes like vegetable smoothies but that sounds so much better.
ReplyDeleteI'm probably going to be making these for breakfast lunch and dinner throughout college because I probably won't have time to actually eat and will most likely be trying every type of smoothie combo imaginable
